He has almost 5 times tha land I have, and I need help with my strat, as my current one is not working.
Any Idears?

It will be somewhat difficult since there's only 250 turns. Lower turnrates make toppling more difficult. In any case we can't improve your strat if we don't know it...
From a cursory glance though it does seem definately doable.
