However, you do need government on a large scale, otherwise the exchange of resources is exploitative. That is why a government with state control over trade is preferable to one without (to a degree), as the fiascos of the British Empire in Ireland and India in the 1850s showed.

Who is that written too? Me? Or Devari? Because I thought it was rather clear in my post that I recognize the need for government on a large scale, and in my opinion, the best government for that scale is a democracy.
