Yes, I just noticed that. I wish somebody would do something about that landfarm I keep proposing and which everybody else keeps ignoreing... Something to catch dropped or deleted land, at least as a temperary fix, would really be nice...
Why Nuke is dumping the land, I don't really know. Maybe trying to hurt everybody else's market storing efforts in the days leading up to the set's finish...

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

Land dropping is one of the most modified features of prom. The most common change is to reuire it to use up the same number of turns as demoing does. A more drastic change is to disallow land dropping within 12 hours of you aquiring land. That includes the ED spell, scouting, and attacking.
I know the voices in my head arn't real but they usually have some pretty good ideas.

Land dropping, in this instance, has huge strategic implications. Look at everyone's situation, try to guess their strategies, and then evaluate how this will affect their strategy. Some people's strats will get completely lampooned, while others can still stay pretty efficient with a few minor tweaks, and some won't get affected much at all.

a bad idea, or just a strategic option dear Artus?
say, like on the ME server on WOA where a certan player pwns all the land.
now! he has his advantages, sure, but should one break him and take at least 70% of the land and then let it go *poof* into oblivion, well then, i say that is allllll right! i would even say that it would be considered: STRATAGY ! GASP!
*laughs*.

Land droping is really a good idea. Although devistating, if not caught, can sway the balance of the game, and reformat it so that the top people are back down with everyone else. It has a stabilizing effect, so, its very important.

Well no, cause then some bitter player can come along, pissed off because he is losing a war or something and attack everyone for half there land and just dump it all. most of the land, gone like smoke. He can keep doing this until he is killed, but then he can just make a new account and continue on with dumping all the land. And if you read the forums dear kraken you will realise that the player who maged all that land, not really attacked for it, maging gets so much more much faster is giving the land away to everyone to even off the land. and how does it even mnake sense that you can just make your land dissapear? it doesnt! If people say its strategy, then i shall rejoin WoA, take as much land as possible and dump it all in the sake of strategy.

You're apparently failing to distinguish between strategy and spite. Or maybe it's strategy vrs. trying to proove a point. Either way, your land dumping wouldn't be strategic, since you really have no interests that would be furthered, and weren't planning to rejoin anyway.
Nukes, on the other hand, is strategic. That doesn't mean it's a good thing, it just means he's doing it from the strategic point of view. Not to spite people, or prove a point.
Perhaps the best thing to do would simply be to kill Nuke, thus punishing him, and removing his strategic bennifit for land dropping. Plus, it'd increase the amount of land in circulation... Urran and I already tried, but Nuke managed to foil us...
