FF session restore

I typed this post up, closed Firefox -- such was my confidence -- re-opened it, and here it still is. Why?

You can enable it for all session opens, not just crashes, by following the instructions there for Firefox 2.0.

(It does re-load the page, so you'll need to be connected to the Internet when you restore. But otherwise it's perfect.)
