NEVER get nano clones from ebay that are 4Gb, these are complete fakes, they flash the firmware of the mp4 player to show as 4Gb, Hynix(flash memory supplier for cloned mp4 players) ONLY MAKE UP TO 2Gb, if you buy a 4Gb its probably 1 or 2 Gb or if your very unlucky 512Mb!

...they should really be ashamed though, they're calling it an iPod Nano.. the name is copyright, but I guess in china they dont much care
there was an artical on slashdot a few days back about the clones selling better than the original in china, even rivaling the original's quality

edit: also, the ipod may play mp4 format, but they're still concidered mp3 players

A minor correction: "Ipod nano" is trademarked, not copyrighted. Diffrent protection that exists for a diffrent purpose. Put shortly, copyright protects the author from haveing to compete with himself or herself. Trademark keeps someone from confuseing consumers with counterfit products.
