Game Guide: Attacking

The Game Guide hasn't been updated to compensate for the new attack names. It might be a good idea to change them, so a new player will know what they are doing.

Guerilla Strike = Militia Strike

This attack uses only Mice for both offense and defense. This is a good attack to use if you have at least a decent amount of mice. Mice are cheap, and can be easily bought or produced. They have a 2:2 attack:defense ratio, so you will need slightly more mice then your opponent to win (A defender has a 5% bonus).

Yes, the entire Guide is outdates with respect to the theme right now. It will be revised once the theme itself is settled on with more stability.

Right... This is for me. Tonight, I'm going to re-write the parts of the game guide on attacking and what not. I'll send the revisions to any of the coding admins that are online when I finish for revisions and editing. Then, hopefully, they can be implimented.

The guide is a wiki, and I don't think it's locked... Why not just edit it, and then post in the GD so that everyone can verify the validity of the content? Good way to raise the profile of the guide again, as well.

Login to the admin account on either server, go to the game guide, find the page you want, and click the "Edit this page" link on the bottom. A regular user account may or may not work as well, I'm not completely sure...

*Shrug* We're trying to get people to come back right? The game guide is a key resource. It needs to be worked on, and I can get it done in a few days. I still must partake of Maplestory and such, so bare with me. If anyone wants to go over my work, they can. Don't correct it... Just leave the link with the suggestion. I might have to go over more than one page.

I wasn't implying that you didn't realize the importance of this or anything. Just pointing out why I felt like doing it. Just so happens to be a "Todo" thing. XD

Don't worry about you helping Beatles. There are lots of other people. I think at the next meeting, I will try / we will try to delegate groups/committees to get the work done. Most of the work is coding and such, but there's plenty for us non-coders to do.

Game Guide is nearly completed. The stocks page needs to be completely removed. I can't make it go. Someone else slay it.

Please read through it and make sure the pretty links work for the most part, and that there are no hawks, mice, ect left. I'm sure I got most, if not all.

You should be able to edit the Front Page and just remove the link. Of course that'll shift everything.

I think we should just leave it in though, as it's a config option -- others (or we, in the future) might enable it.
