This is a web-based javascript Risk game. When you sign up, look at the list of games, and join the ones created by laddiebuck (or as many as you wish to join, there are 4 right now: 15235 through 15238). The password for each is 'realcream'.

Join any time you like, as turns are 24 hours, so it's a game to be played over a matter of days or weeks. Have fun!

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

Yay! Kraken to the rescue!

It would, wouldn't it? The current map.php was inspired by the fact that I wanted a map of some sort. But of course it would require a lot of effort to make it actually maplike.

for example, the landmass would have to be expandable as the game went on, as more land is added to the game ;)
