I want to post something that is crossed out, I've seen it done but have never figured out how to do it myself, anyone got any idears?

It looks like this except the line goes through the center of the word instead of below it.
I know the voices in my head arn't real but they usually have some pretty good ideas.

's called a strike through, use the tags [ s ] [ /s ] just like bold and underline, only with an s

Although, I dont see how this [s]is related[/s] has anything to do with BBC

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

BBC=Bulletin Board Code, the type of coding I wanted for it.
