We've got a member shortage. No doubt about that. Here's a way to keep people.
3 days before their accound destroys itself, send their E-mail a reminder to log on and play. Perhaps give them a link to the guide, too

That wouldn't really help. We already have an inactivity period, but it's a lot longer. Sometimes people need a break, and yelling at them doesn't make them want to come back any more. I think this game's stance on emailing members is to do it as little as reasonably possible. I remember less than ten mass mailings from the administration since pretty much the founding of this IPB install, including the period at staronesw. Not meaning to be rude, but it's just that yelling at people usually doesn't solve much.
