I broke him before when he had 50mil net more than now. That's not much of an emp attempt.

No I didn't break him. Antiguan Racer came within 1 mil net and I just aided him over Volk.

edit: Therefore I do not deserve to be smashed.

Hah technically Shadow topped Volk before I did, and aiding a member of Sci Ops over the member that was (So he was?) going for emp was just too priceless to pass up.

breaking volkov was just a matter of building often during the first 10 attacks. I did not even have to buy troops. That was not an emp attempt, that was just volkov having decent defense due to overpowered mage strats.

You don't know what you're talking about.

An attempt can be in whatever form it wants. If you prefer us to completely decimate your clan and Japan constantly for the next 10 days so we can do it, thats possible too. In facts that complete subservience to the emperor. If you want to act high and highly you better be able to defend yourself 'cause the hammer is a'commmin'.

If I had stayed in first a few days longer, I was going to consider actually trying for it. As it is, I was simply running my strat and happening to stay in first, this prompted a discussion in Sci-Ops of making me emp, but we were still kinda feeling out the situation.

If you'll check my defenses, I was not really defending super well though. Also, mage strats are not overpowered, they are the same as all the other strats now. I just happen to be good at what I do.
