A new Duels

The ever-popular Duels and Special Rounds board. This board will never be wiped in between game switches.

I like hourly turns for the reason that everyone doesn't. I don't think that everyone in the game should be logging on every 15 minutes to check their account. That's just tedious. With how it is, it's pretty much impossible to kill someone who is online. With hourly turns, you'd have to save up turns and keep a couple around all the time if you didn't want to be killed within the next hour. If you want to franticly waste all of your turns scouting when you're low on land, you might pay the price. This way it's more about planning and strategy.

Edit: btw, when is this gonna start? Dates plz.
