Can there be a log implimented that shows who/when/how much for dropping land?

Needs to be in the admin panel or DB. There seems to be some feature abuse of late and its hard to tell who's doing it with doing documentation.

There seems to be some feature abuse of late and its hard to tell who's doing it with doing documentation.

Not that I like land droppers, but it is a valid move in a war game and I don't think there should be any required record of when it happens. It is not hard to figure it out from news search.
