2. Kills. KILLS ARE A WASTE OF TURNS RIGHT? Yeah, except when you're defending your empire. You guys never cared, so you never went for kills. If you were making the best of your runs, you guys would have had way higher nets.
3. For what we had and what we could do, we did everything proper. I'm proud of that and I will be.
4. I'll continue to drop land until the net difference is no less than 3x between myself and the person in 1st. This game is landfat for the most part and I don't care for that.

On the other hand, claiming that staying clanned is the only reason you are being taken down is silly - it gives you a convenient out for the fact that a clan of people less than half your net is currently roundly kicking your butts.

It's not an "excuse" when it's the truth, we could have de-clanned at the start of this thing, and set up real defenses, and you guys would have been screwed.

Once again, I could care less about my finishing ranking in this - with 8 people, first place is meaningless. So I am quite content to sit on the bottom and continue to help the clan do this long and mildly amusing takedown.

That's not the point, and you know it. All you've done is prove exactly what our clan has been saying from the get go. Of course you've done a really poor job of it, but that's another point entirely.

Volkov - you've insisted we've done a poor job of taking you down. That's possible - I was kind of running the thing at the start, and I'm not the best commander. Would would you have done differently, starting from poor mage ratios and like 30k land, with the two people (myself and Shadow) I had at the start?

Actually, it's pretty simple. We weren't attacking the lower ranks at all. Just making land and netting, so what I would have done is spent a run or two with one player building up my spies, and then targeted one of the players in LF, and had the indier mage suicide him to the point where the leader player could steal, stolen all the money and food, then murdered until the indier could break. Rinse, repeat for the rest of the clan. Poor mage ratios wouldn't have mattered, as both sides had them. Destroy our cash stockpiles, and our troop stockpiles, and this thing would have been over in the first week. It would have taken me 5 runs, max, to take out LF. Dropping land was never needed.

Actually it's 50x. We were all 30x above you when it started.

Freen, if we had killed you, you would first have whined for 3 days, and then started killing us in retaliation. As for having higher nets, yes, we could have, but not whilst attacking to get our land back at the same time.

BS. I can think of three different strategies that would have been quicker and more effective than what you did. The one I outlined above is just the simplest of the possible ways.

Only once in like 5 runs have we had to suicide, and only once in 5 runs have we not foud someone with their shields down. No matter how disadvantaged you are in a clan, you could at least make it difficult..

I mean, you had 400k land and you were leaving yourselves open to a guy on 35k... Even an indier with 400k land could block a 35k land mage.. hell, it could be done with half that without too much trouble.

You've never caught me with shields down, and it's been rare that you could steal from me or murder me. Heck, it's a rare day when you can even SPY me. Well A) I was under the impression that at least I was making it difficult, and B ) if we are sucking it up so bad, why has it taken you guys over 3 weeks to finally get to this point? And why is Freen STILL dropping land? I ain't saying we've done a grand job of defending ourselves. I think Arthus and I may be the only ones who've actually made it truly difficult on you guys, but for all the help we've given you, you sure haven't made the most of it. In my opinion, you guys have done a very poor job of taking us down, DESPITE us giving you all the help we have.

Well, we did kinda take over the game before we started maging land. They didn't have to drop our maged land, but I can understand the desire to take us down.
