Our web hoster (Joe, staronesw.com) who has been generously hosting us since last year, has just announced that we are using too many server resources. They have already had to shut down our chat daemon, and have just announced that Massively Multiplayer Online Games will be henceforth banned from their webservers. We can, fortunately, keep the forums. The games have already gone offline as of now, and I am urgently looking for new web space. Stay tuned on the forums about where I will be able to find web hosting. I expect that if we find a new host, the migration will be rather easy, so you can expect to have FAF fully back in 2-3 months. That is, if we are lucky.

p.s. It's April Fools Day. Lighten up and log in to Duels.

:P Ha ha ha. Very funny, Beatles. I was expecting something like this. It works better if you stretch the post out long enough that they don't emediatly see the Ps.

Ruddertail: Yeah I know it's stale, but I thought it would be polite to jump on the April 1 bandwagon. Especially after Wikipaedia. :P
Slasher: Yeah but I didn't accidentally want to frighten anybody...

It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

Hey, don't sweat. It took me 5-10 minutes to realize that the Wikipaedia thing was a joke. Then again, I only saw the headline on slashdot, plus it was 7:45am...

I missed both jokes due to school. I leave 10 minutes after waking up at 7:00 and get home around 5:00. Silly public transportation.
Back. I think.

Lotr rocks!

"Two" said Gimli, patting his axe. He had returned to his place on the wall. "Two?" said Legolas. "I have done better, though now I must Grope for lost arrows; all mine are gone. Yet I make my tale twenty at the least. But that is only a few leaves in a forest."

"Twenty-one!" said Gimli. "Good!" said Legolas. " But my count is now two dozen. It has been knife work up here."

"Forty-two, master Legolas!" he cried. "Alas! My axe is notched; the forty-second had an Iron collar on his neck. How is it with you?" "You have passed my score by one," answered Legolas. "But I do not grudge you the game, so glad am I to see you on your legs!"

~the contest at Helms Deep.

There hammer on the anvil smote,
There chisel clove, and graver wrote;
There forged was blade, and bound was hilt;
The delver mined, the mason built.
There beryl, pearl, and opal pale,
And metal wrought like fishes' mail,
Buckler and corslet, axe and sword,
And shining spears were laid in hoard.

WOAH! this site rocks man!
