To run a successful cashing strat you really need the Hedgehog. Using this race, you can produce just as much, or more, cash as a Squirrel Hawk Looter. Scout your first 50-80 turns and build 70% Markets, 15% Tents, and 15% Foragers. After using your first 100 turns, convert to 60% Markets, 30% Tents, 5% Foragers, and 5% Huts. Do not attack for your first 4 runs. You will not need to since at most you will have 5K acres, and many people will be warring with others already anyway. Loot almost all of your turns, with a few foraging in. After running turns, put all your cash into Stocks, the Bank, or a Treasury (not a big clan's though, perhaps one with you and one other person). By doing this, you can store up several billion dollars. When you store up about $3 bil, buy out the BM (black market) with whatever you want. On your next run, sell everything except your main attacking troop (Mice or Otters suggested). Then attack whomever you can and build the 60-30-5-5 division of land. After attacking a few times, you can loot the rest of your turns since buying the troops barely effects your upkeep. Save around 10 turns to put up a Hawk shield to prevent any Hawkers from stealing your limited food. Then buy out the BM again. After 5 hours, you can pull your troops and provide an even better defense from attacks.
I used this strat on BFR this current round, and it's worked fairly well. The only drawback is I attacked way too early. This is not a strat for fast net, but it will become a steady rise in net if you run it correctly. The main thing is not to attack anyone too early (or gain too much land until you have troops for defense).
