Unlimited aid?

As bugs and suggestions are fixed/implemented/rejected, they will be moved in here.

I can keep sending aid, the aid page will show "You can send -1 shipments" and glibly keep on sending shipments.

[edit] Fixed, the function had decremented aidcred too late...
