Bug: Clan Disbanding/deletion: WOA

I don't seem to be able to disband the clan Arctic on WOA. I cliked "Disband clan", and it removed the other member of the clan and gave me a news item saying "You Disbanded Arctic". However, after an hour, and several more times clicking "Disband Clan" it's still there. I'd think it wouldn't take a whole hour for the clan to be removed, accounts normally take 10 minutes.

<BUMP> It still won't let me disband it. Turtle Dog has had the same problem with his clan.
