No, it's from Alexa you see. On broadband, unnoticeable, on dialup, decent although I disable it.

Yes, but gecko is not a speedy rendering engine (compared to konqueror or opera). That's what I meant.

Then again, images might be the one place where firefox IS faster or on par with the good competition.

though its kinda wort.. grah! no. I do not want to restart my computer now, thanks for asking windows.. codeweavers need to get movin and port dreamweaver mx + ps 7 Reliably to linux..
anyways, its nice.. but what's the point? shows a preview of the page, but the page description is what matters anyhow

When searching recipes I can immediately tune out the crappily-designed sites and focus on the clean ones.

BTW, gecko isn't that slow at all, look at Camino -- faster even than Safari. Eh what?
