1) Sack power should be decreased to 1% of the person's food/cash.

2) Stock market should be removed. Already done.

3) Market storing should be curbed by adding an 80% commision.

4) Market storing should be replaced by a no-commision reserves, which can store up to 25% of a persons troops.

There would be a delay (up to 6 hours) between the point the troops were put on the reserves, and when they could be taken off. Once this six hour period is past, troops can be pulled instantaneously at any time.

80% is too harsh rudder

60% is a better number if it needs to be high

instead of a commission you could say "60% of your market troops have deserted due to your attempt to sell them" or some such.. otherwise that's a darn greedy market

other than that.. *shrug*

The idea of the high commision is to totally blow market storing out of the water. 40% of troops is still a reasonable amount to get back, so people might be able to market store to some effect, though much less then today.
