I saw a funny drawing on a whiteboard at a TA's room today. I didn't have a camera but I can basically reproduce it.

I suggested to the TA that he could enhance it with an Australian flag followed by a "G'day mate", but that is merely an extension of the joke.

Note the TA was German, and in Europe the international symbol for an English sign is usually the Union Jack, not the Stars and Stripes as it would be in North America.
