Troop Reserve System

The troop reserve system implemented by FireFrenzy is now implemented on the playing servers. I've also re-activated WOA with the same strat balancing changes that you saw on BFR and the test server. Hopefully, if the bug has disappeared, we can re-enable WOA from the really old accounts we have in "cold storage" right now.

The troop reserve system might have gotten an update, but as it was proposed by me...

It allowed a person to store troops OFF the PM, but forced them to keep an upkeep on them. They can only store a certain amount in there. Instant store, instant pull.

I had it so that if you got to around 500 land, the reserve would spill out and try and keep you alive as a last ditch effort.

I don't believe the pull at 500 part was implemented, but that should be about right.

Aw. Thats lame. That was the main point behind it, but alright. We'll see how well this works, and if so, perhaps I'll request that part be added.
