About getting organization

You lot are a bunch of noobies, d'ya hear? I mean, some of the oldies have got sense, like IFMan, Ruddertail, Katerina, etc. But you noobies who come on and say "ive been on 4 two WHOLE minutes i RULE and w3 hate beetlez1111" should be kicked off the forums for good...
Anyways... I've given up on Faf, every few months I go in and delete all the multis, and yes, if the IPs match, and I don't get an ingame message, I will be merciless.
I'm trying to get someone to support me, to help in the administration, maybe someone to fix up the bugs so we can sort-of release the preliminary, many servers, get nice forums, whatnot, but what do I get? NO support. I mean...
I mean like this whole forums incident didn't help. I mean... there are only 40 active players, nobody uses the forums... it's a messed up thing.

But I'm willing to give you lot a last chance. ONE last chance. And I warn you in advance that I want to have nothing to do with anything.
How many of you would volunteer (if you are a noobie, don't even THINK about it, got it?) to be admins and moderators on the FaF game and forums? I'd like each of you to email me at jbarbero@staronesw.com with the following information:
-Your TSOR name and ROC name if different
-Your TSOR experience (time spent, things done)
-Your Forums name
-Where you have previously been an admin/mod and for how long
-Why you think I should let you be an admin/mod
-What you would like to be (admin/mod)
-How often and how much you can "work", ie. perform your admin/mod duties if I take you on as a staff member
-That you can use proper grammar and punctuation, don't swear or flame
-What games you are interested in (BfR/CoG/Duels/NoLimits), which ones you like
-What suggestions you have for the forum
-At least one bug that you have noticed on FaF, the more you find, the better your chances
-Your opinion on whether FaF should break loose from TSOR with its own proper forums
-How many people you've told about this possibility (the more people you recommend that I accept, the better =])

I sincerely hope that we can yet make something of this mess. I would not like to concern myself much with the games and forums, since I will be busy, but I would be glad if we could get the project off the ground.
