I just sent out foreign aid equal to the value of: 18,000,000 Mice; 6,000,000 Squirrels; 23,000,000 Hares; and 10,000,000 Otters. Well, a little remained, but it will go out as soon as I get more aid credits. The aid went exclusively to low-ranking warlords and underdog people in underdog clans (such as Corim, ClnEast) as a kind of cheerful message. The average aid package was 500,000-1,000,000 Mice; 0-500,000 Squirrels; 1,000,000-1,500,000 Hares; and 350,000-500,000 Otters. I also sent out some cash initially, but I was losing it so rapidly I had to stop. Don't know exactly how many aid shipments went out, but I must've sent to about 15-20, people, by a rough estimate. If you didn't get any but are low-ranked, just post and I'll send what's left (about 5,700,000 Hares and 1,800,000 Otters).
And perhaps I shall dissolve The Peace Corps, it's hard to keep one's net down.
