Nice... Why doesn't hawk battle show up? If you can steal cash, you should be able to hawk battle, I would think... Cash/food stealing requires at least as high of a ratio, I belive...

Anyways, Hawk Battle isn't shown because it uses a different formula, I believe. Will have to check though.
It's a different ratio on RWL at least. Their leaders don't prevent you from doing it, only from breaking them. Excluding towers, just check if you have more leaders to see if you can break them. Is that the case here?
