That reminds me what happened to research.staronesw.com? I can't get on at school now again 'cause of "The Evil Quigley" *laughs*

I can get onto the forums though but it looks wird cause i go to babelfish.altavista.com and select french to english so that the block doesn't get in the way...

If we change the waiting period to anything longer than 5 days, I say you lower the commission by a certain amount. Sure, troop storing is easy, but it's really fun.

It would really be a good idea to fix the market bug... I did an experiment a few days ago (I haven't had time to play it recently) and found that if 2 players collaborated they could kill any player in the game within 5 days of joining the game. Now I attacked FWF down to 1000 land by myself (after about 5 days of troop storage)... But because of an agreement not kill him I didn't attack any farther. The idea that nobody is safe kinda makes the game pointless... Also you could just store troops on 6000 land (nobody would attack you) until the last day (of the game) then unload them onto your game and have a crap load of networth... The market bug makes me feel like the game is kinda worthless until this bug is fixed. I believe that I won't be playing FAF very seriously (or maybe at all) until some solution has been placed into the game. Thanks for reading this, hope its fixed soon.

Hmm. Well, to me it seems that maybe the problem is not market storage, but the ease of killing. We're working on that right now. In additon, it is impossible to store that many troops on the market with only 6k land. You would hit a cealing where you would need more troops and a higher net to be able to store more troops on the market. In addition, troop generation with 6k acres can't be great.

Well, once again I was able to take down FWF single handed (storing about 7 million otters on 6000 to do so). But if you need further proof I can run another experiment (this time with my brother or another willing participant) and kill whoever is in the lead at the time. Also I would like to state that I actually don't mind the killing in FAF. Its just utterly impossible to grab land and hold it for any set amount of time (over 1 hour).

p.s. What if we just put a limit on how many troops you could store on the market (say 1/2 your current troop count).
